We stayed for months while building our home in the area. The staff was kind and accommodating from the first call. We used the hot tub, gym, laundry, and clubhouse constantly. It felt like home, not a campground.

USPS does not deliver to guest sites. Use a local PO box or virtual mailbox for USPS mail. FedEx and UPS packages may be held at the Farmhouse in a secure area—ask the office for the exact addressing format and pickup notifications.
Fiber internet across the resort. The guest network handles HD streaming and video calls. Ask at the Farmhouse if you need options for dedicated work bandwidth.

No pet fee. Two fenced dog parks (large and small breed areas). Pets must be leashed on trails—pick up after your pet.

We stay at RV parks all over the country and let me tell you, Sugar Hill is second to none. From the friendly staff, amenities, quiet country setting and friendly community members, this place is the best! Unfortunately for us, every park we stay at from now on will fall short of our experience at Sugar Hill. We can't wait to come back in the future.
